GENERAL REQUIREMENTS ON MARRIAGE FORMALITIES IN INDONESIA
- Copy of passport (both partners)
- Copy of birth certificate (both partners)
- Copy of decree absolute if you have been married before
- Copy of passports of two witnesses (we can be your witnesses)
- Copy certificate of marriage from minister of religion
- Widows and Widowers must present a copy of death certificate of the former spouse.
- Fill in the booking form, wedding arrangement form and civil form
- 8 photograph size 4 x 6 ( the groom on the right-hand side)
- Letter of No Impediment to marriage which is legalised by representative embassy or consulate in Bali/ Indonesia, certifying that there is no objection to the couple getting married in Indonesia.
- All the documents should be forwarded to us before the wedding via post, email or fax.
