Terms & Conditions:

The above packages are based on Low Season and there will be additional charge for the wedding fall on High Season and Peak Seasons and will be required minimum stay.

Seasons Period and Minimum Stay during:

• High Season, minimum stay 5 (five) nights:

• July 1 to 31 July inclusive
• September 1 to 15 September inclusive
• Easter Week & Chinese New Year Week

• Peak Season, minimum stay 10 (ten) nights:

• January 09 to June 30 inclusive
• (excluding Easter week and Chinese New Year week)
• September 16-December 19 inclusive

Banjar fee & Function fee will be applied for wedding with attendance more than 15 persons OR having loud entertainment.

Security deposit at USD 500.00 payable upon check in and refundable if no damages incurred
